What Makes This Espresso Machine Special? 

The S1 Dream is connected directly to a plumbed water supply. This means you never have to worry about filling up your water tank again! You can also wave goodbye to overflowing drip trays. 

If you don’t want to connect directly to a plumbed water source or need a machine that can be used in multiple locations, we don’t recommend the La Spaziale S1 Dream. We recommend the S1 Dream! It shares many similarities to the S1 Dream and is designed for those who don’t want to worry about routing plumbing. 

We also enjoyed the following features: 

• – Programmable Pre-Infusion. This feature gently wets the coffee for more consistent extraction. 
• – Quiet Pump. Not only is the rotary pump powerful, but it makes little noise. Your roommate will love this as you make yourself a shot of espresso early in the morning!
• – Dual Boilers. Our team enjoyed the double boilers. The smaller one is used to brew your coffee, while the 2.5 liters one is used for steam or hot water dispensing.

Why Should I Buy the La Spaziale S1 Dream?

The La Spaziale Dream gives a lot to rave about. The glass touch screen is extremely sophisticated and very easy to use. It keeps you up to date and connected with your machine by including the following: 

• – Use the calendar to set the date, date format, and access timer feature. 
• – Set the time on the machine – you can even have daylight savings time activated. 
• – With the timer feature, you’ll be able to turn the machine on and off at any given time (up to 3 different time periods throughout the day). 
• – Program your machine to automatically turn off after a certain period of time. This is ideal if you accidentally forget to turn off your machine while running out the door. 
• – You’ll be alerted by the machine when it’s time to replace the softening filter.
